Earth ways yoga blends the traditions of asana, nature ways, and the 5 elements of Chinese medicine. I lead slow, strength-based yoga flows that connect you to meridian points associated with the element of the season we are in. I ask you to bring in energies, images, and relationships from the natural world to support your connection to self and earth.

Drawing from folk herbalism, plant spirit medicine, and regenerative living, I guide meditations in which we connect to the spirit of the plants we are drinking, listening for their medicine, images, and multi-sensory exchanges.
