I know what it’s like to feel both too much and not enough.

How it is sometimes safer to conform, to fit in. And while masking can help us survive, it is also important to honor your unique expression. This is the light your bring to the world, and it often holds the clues to following a path towards more authentic ease and alignment.

Through art therapy and talk therapy, we will reclaim the emotions, truths, and gifts that live inside you. We will listen to the powerful messages they have, surfacing what needs to be seen, heard, felt, or released. You are unique, no one else can bring forward the same expression or gifts that you can. Reclaiming your sensitive self, your creative self, will allow you to come into deeper knowledge, respect, and trust of your power in the world.

Through my personal and therapeutic work, I deeply acknowledge how our capitalist social reality shapes the expression of our bodies and mental health. This work is not about 'fixing' you so that you can become a more functional cog in the system. It is about crafting a life that honors your unique beingness so that you can feel free. While I am a guide, you are the expert of your experience, so coming into trust of yourself and your wholeness is of the utmost importance on the path to liberation.

As a highly sensitive person myself, telehealth has provided a sustainable way of working where I am able to provide support while honoring geographic constraints, accommodations, and energetic exchanges for me and my clients. Even in telehealth contexts, it is very beneficial to work with artmaking and nature, and in fact, brings these skills more into the client repertoire in their own home, showing them how they can implement these skills with the tools they have at their disposal. 

  • I warmly welcome individuals coming from all backgrounds and intersections of identity to reach out and see if we might be a good fit to do this important work together.

    After you reach out, I'll respond within 1-2 business days to schedule a free 15-minute consultation via telehealth or over the phone. More Details

  • Art Therapy sessions are self-pay, on a sliding scale of $150-175 / 60min session.

  • Most therapeutic journeys consist of weekly or bi-weekly sessions over several months. The cadence and duration of yours will honor your particular needs, circumstances and history.

  • I combine art therapy with practices such as meditation, journalling, and somatics, as well as evidence-based therapies such as EMDR and DBT. I believe these creative approaches can be powerful for diversifying how our brains and bodies communicate and can reinforce the life-changing benefits of traditional talk therapy.

    I value cultural humility and social justice and view therapy through a systemic lens. I take into account the many factors that shape your world, including the environmental and social contexts, neurobiology, challenges, and strengths.

    My approach is highly collaborative and rooted in real world application, helping you feel agency and confidence in your healing journey - so you can create a life that best serves your unique way of being.
